blender-dbg software package provides Very fast and versatile 3D modeller/renderer - debug package, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install blender-dbg
blender-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the blender-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep blender-dbg *
You will get with blender-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
